The job of the Workshop Controller is industry established, it’s recognised by everyone within the motor trade, as an existing motor trade professional you’ll already know what the role has traditionally entailed.

We are recruiting to split the practical functions of the position into two halves:

#1 Technical Distribution Controller. Vehicle repair/maintenance job planning and distribution amongst our brilliant team of Technicians

#2 Technical Development Controller developing utilisation and efficiency through support, coaching and team development (a role we have already fulfilled from the Sandal team)

We’re looking for a logical, analytical thinker to bring their energy and attention to detail to this new role, someone who is naturally results and outcomes focused to deliver the best experience possible for our customers.
