Had my car serviced and MOT'd here. I was told urgent work and new tyres were needed or it would fail its MOT, which felt pressuring. I declined as I knew the tyres were above the legal limit, and the car passed its MOT without the recommended work.

Over the last 14 years I had few bmw and know most of the bmw dealers in West Yorkshire. Wakefield is my new favourite one - very polite staff, always helpful, short waiting time, knowledgeable parts department and decent prices (but still bmw)

Sandal BMW significantly over charged me for my service, circa £70 more than other local BMW service centres. They would not use my online booking, I had to complete a paper document with my details at the reception desk.

Always a pleasant experience. Especially when there's no bill at the end. As it was a safety recall. The 2nd one for this car unfortunately. Unfortunate that it took almost 8 months to sort from first contact. But that was a parts issue.
