The 3 Acres has long been one of Yorkshire’s most iconic country inns and dining destinations, known not only for its exceptional food and countryside charm, but also for its rich heritage and connection to the local community. Nestled at the edge of Emley Moor, The 3 Acres has served generations of guests with its unique blend of fine dining and rustic warmth.

However, in December 2023, the restaurant suffered a devastating fire on Boxing Day that forced it to close its doors. What followed was a 17-month journey of careful restoration and reinvention. Now, with a complete refurbishment that honours its character while embracing a fresh new vision, The 3 Acres is preparing to reopen on Sunday 18th May 2025.

This highly anticipated return marks a celebration of resilience, craftsmanship, and the unwavering support of the local community that stood behind The 3 Acres through its most challenging chapter.
