It was close to the deadline for the April tax rise, however they managed to get the car here before April which saved us some money. Louis kept us informed with regular calls and emails as to where we were for the delivery date.

Ashley Baldry went the extra mile to explain everything about the car and answered our questions with comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle. At handover, he patiently explained all the functions. He set up the controls to suit our needs.

Car was booked in for Oil change and break fluid. Collected my car, paid and on way home discoverd that the brake fluid service had not been carried out (this was not mentioned on collection). Later I also discovered two additional issues!

Extremely happy as always, Sharon showed me how to use the BMW app, The receptionists were polite,professional and approachable as always,and my car was returned on time and had been washed and valeted and sorted out. The full experience was superb .

The service team / technician performed a healthcheck of my BMW i4 and discovered that I needed new wipers so they were replaced at the same time

I arrived at 0945, told car would be completed by 1500. Car wasn't ready until 1715, i waited at dealership for 7.5hrs, Car washed to poor level, oil marks left on front bumper which was previously clean, chrome trim damaged from chemical use.

Egr cooler replaced as part of the recall and rear pads however, engine management light was left on. Was told they don't have time to deal with it and to bring it again some other time even though they was told of the engine light at time of booking

No issues were reported after the service. During a follow up call the next day i was told there was an issue. A date had been scheduled to fix the issue. I queried this and told I would get a call from the service depart to clarify, still waiting!

Promised to send MOT certificate but still waiting for it. However warranty work carried out and I was offered a courtesy car for the time replacement parts were being installed and callibrated.

The service was not undertaken in the agreed time period and I was not kept informed of the delay or the reason, no apology given and 6 days later I am still awaiting a copy of my invoice for the service work despite sending chasing emails, poor.

Asked reception to get the service advisor to call me who advised 15/20mins when I self checked in. I didn't receive a call and ended up collecting my vehicle at 2.30pm. I wanted to discuss a oil service that is due in 1200miles, going elsewhere now.

Excellent service, needed replacement break pads and these were ordered same day and fitted. Car was ready earlier than expected. It is expensive but I do receive the quality and assurance I would expect.

There has been an odd issue with the right side wing mirror since the vehicle was returned. When unlocking the vehicle, only the left mirror opens. To open the right mirror you need to retract and open the mirrors via the switch.

Initially, I was disappointed that the service person suggested that the price match wasn't against a run flat, considering that Pirelli had designed those tyres specifically for BMWs and RF was clearly shown on the website price for another garage.
