This rating reflects the frequent contact from the dealer, who were clearly embarrassed at the situation. On the downside, there was a lack of communication earlier in the process about delivery dates, but that was accepted and a compromise agreed.

They didn't wash my car because they were concerned about the rust and flaky paint.,but they never contacted me to ask if i was happy for them to still go ahead and have it washed! They hoovered it out and this was absolutely fine.

The problem with car was quickly rectified - not impressed at the need for mandatory "inspection" and report, only recently completed at the time of the MOT, had nothing to do with the problem reported and was an unnecessary added cost.

Poor level of information provided about the work carried out. The only paper work provided was the credit card receipt. I received an electronic check list but this only confused the issue as it suggested oil had been checked not changed.

Known Car Eye 2.0 defect caused battery drain on my 2019 X3. Charged £162 diagnostics despite prior £350 RAC/battery cost; no goodwill or remedy offered beyond removing the camera nightly or buying v3. Poor transparency and support.

This was a BMW recall - so definitely annoying to be deprived of my car for a while. However I arranged a 2 hour slot - minimising inconvenience and the experience was less problematic than anticipated.

If I had taken my car in for fault diagnosis I understand that a technician and ramp would have incurred a cost, the car was already appointed a technician and ramp so £198 is extortion.

I requested a call back for an update 4 times on the second day of having the vehicle. The last train I could use to get me there before closing at 6pm left my local station at 16.15. I was told in the dealership at 17.15 it wasn't ready.

My car was recently booked in for an MOT at Sandal BMW wakefield. The MOT details were not entered on the car's iDrive. The service advisor informed me they could do this remotely, this has not been done.

My car inspection had recognised a red flag tyre that was down to the chords but I wasn't informed. I only was awate of the issue when I watched the video whilst on my way to pick my car up. I was never rang to offer to fit a tyre for me.
